The Physical Education course is designed to teach the value of physical fitness, nutrition, and organized sports – all in the context of the fact that they are masterpieces (Psalm 139:13-18) made by their Creator.
Students will be given the national Presidential Fitness test twice a year. The test covers a variety of different skills, and the students’ goal is to show a marked improvement over the course of the year.
