Week Eleven
This week we will be continuing our study of the Middle
Ages. We will be taking a closer look at
the knights of the middle ages. Library
books will be handed out to use as a resource during class and taken home for
the week to peruse. Please make sure
that your student takes the time to look over their book or any books at home
you have on Knights! We will also begin
a packet on Knights in class on Thursday to be finished next week. Students will also be given a “Chivalry Log”
to be complete at home. Please help them
to look for ways in which they can be chivalrous at home! I would be grateful if you would also
remember to sign and return on Tuesdays the assignment sheets!

Read
chapter 6 from your textbook Story of the
Middle Ages.
·
After
completing your reading of chapter 6 answer the following questions at the end
of the chapter in complete sentences on a separate sheet of paper. (3,4,6,7,8)

Begin
to fill out your Chivalry Log. Continue
to fill it out at home all week and bring to class on Tuesday, December 4th.
Monday,
December 3rd
·
Chant
your timeline pages three times aloud.
·
Make
your own “Coat of Arms” at home using the handouts given in class as a resource
for how to design your coat of arms. Use
color and your best skills in designing this project.
·
Complete
handouts on ” The British Isles and Scandinavia”
·
Complete Maps,
Charts, and Graphs chapter 8. Have a
parent correct and initial. (these will
be collected soon)

this weeks reading and assignments to the best of our ability at home.
