4th Grade History and Geography

Coursework

Week Eighteen

For the week in history class we will be looking at the magnificent style of architecture that became known as Gothic.  We will be creating some of our own “stained glass windows” as well as reading and looking at pictures of some incredible cathedrals.  We will be working hard on our countries of Europe and soon be tested on them.   Please have students check their supply boxes.   Several are missing their scissors and glue sticks which we will need over the next two weeks in class.  Please help your child organize their binder if you haven’t done so.  The students are not to throw away history papers or projects.  They are to be placed in their binders under the corresponding tabs.  We have gone over this in class all year.  It greatly helps them in their organizational skills and they have a great tool for the future!
