Timeline: We have spent the last weeks learning about the splendid 19^th century in the West. We have seen how political, scientific, ethical, and artistic events and people created, pondered, schemed, fought, and moved—and we have observed that all of the great changes of the century were related to each other.

Make a timeline that represents the events, ideas and people of the century. Your timeline should be three feet long and fit to display on the wall. You will be graded on your neatness, thoroughness, and insight. (Due Thursday, January 10).
