á      (Opt.)  Review the two Quotation Marks rules on pp. 60 and 65.

Red Fern

Read chapters 18-19.  Come to class tomorrow prepared to discuss this book.  Decide on what you think the theme of the book is.  WeÕll debate this next week, when you have completed your reading.

Bible Memory

á      If you didnÕt Monday, finish memorizing Ephesians 4:1-6 today.  Recite it to a parent and have him/her sign it off.  Also, recite Hebrews 13:8. (This is not hard – but itÕs true!)

á      Bring your check sheet to class tomorrow to show me if you want to participate in our ÒBible MemoryÓ Party on Tuesday!

CS3

Read pp. 508-510 in the GCB and do # 5-9 on p. 85 in CS3.

LC

Use pp. 279-285 to review for the Final in class tomorrow.  YOU DO NOT NEED TO DO ALL THESE EXERCISES!  Go over each section and ask Mom or Dad to help you verify that you understand each concept.  I WILL leave the capitalization/punctuation section on this test.

Writing

Finish up anything you havenÕt yet!  Bring any late items to class tomorrow to turn in.  You should take your writing binder and final research paper home with you after the Open House on Friday – even if you leave early.  Come get it from the 6th grade curriculum table!

Literature

Be sure you are ready for our debate after lunch tomorrow.  Bring your notes written on 3x5 cards to class tomorrow to use during the debate and then to turn in to me afterward for credit.

Bible Memory

This should be complete.  If not, finish it today.
