check that they can recite their lines for Open House to you with confidence
and ease. Some of them STILL do
not know all their lines!!

- In Stories
of the Pilgrims, read from p. 222 to as near the end as you can! Complete this reading next week,
if you need to, but next Friday wonÕt feel like a school day to you.
- Be
sure you have your poetry lines for Open House completely memorized. Have Mom or Dad quiz you on this.
- Listen
to ÒNorthern AfricaÓ (Song #9) and ÒEast AfricaÓ (Song #10) on your
Geography Songs tape or CD while looking at the map.

- Complete
Lessons 29-30 in Maps, Charts, and Graphs. Please bring these to class to
turn in to me so that I can record them in my grade book!!
- If you
took home a copy of Pompeii . . . Buried Alive , donÕt forget to
read it and bring it back to school tomorrow!
- In A
ChildÕs History of the World, read chapter 40 ÒBarbarian InvadersÓ
about the end of the Roman Empire.
YouÕre ready to learn about the Middle Ages in 4th grade
now.
- Review
your poems for Open House!!!!!!
