Read Ecce Romani Chapter 5 out-loud in Latin. Try to understand it as you read it. Now recite the
vocabulary from each chapter out-loud and read their English meanings 2
times. Reread the Latin to
yourself and glance at the vocab. as you go. Do you understand it now?

Write, recite review and learn all grammar numbers from the “Assignments” for Lesson 12 and 13
in the Grammar Numbers section of your notebooks.

Write, recite, review and learn vocabulary for Lessons 12 and 13. These are the
3rd and 4th conjugations. Remember, conjugations “1, and 2 have “bo’s” in their future
while the 3rd and 4th are “old maids” so to speak. Recite
the verbs out-loud with their principle parts following the patterns, i.e. “defendo,
defendere, defendi, defensus” and “audio, audire, audivi, auditus.
