Dear Parents,

Please hang on, we only have a few weeks left to go. Lesson 29, Prime Numbers and Multiply by 12  will be our last lesson in the Gamma book other than pulling from review problems.  The fourth grade teacher and myself have agreed to leave lesson 30 taught in fourth grade. We will continue to practice multiplication with multiple digits as you will see on Friday. Please see your teacher’s guide for directions and watch the DVD lesson 29.   Delta lesson 14 teaches Place Value notation which I introduced last semester.   This week I have assigned the students to correct the errors on their tests so that the children can learn from their errors.  Next week,  we will have a test covering Gamma lessons 24-29 and up to Delta 12.  If your student does not come home with Delta handouts I will send them home on Thursday.
