Dear Parents,

We will continue on lesson Gamma 27 learning to write place value in the millions. We have practiced each week on whiteboards in class. This week they will write out the large numbers in words and in expanded notation. Please see your teacher’s guide for directions. We will continue to learn averaging with Delta lesson 11. The teacher’s guide gives a wonderful explanation with the blocks which helps the children see this concept. There will be no Miquon assigned this week. On the last day of school the children who have been saving their allowance earned from weekly assignments, Calculadders, and Miquon pages may attend a party. Please turn in any weekly Math-U-See assignments. Please review the Math test with your child.
