Dear Parents,

We will go on to lesson Gamma 27 at this time learning to write place value in millions.   We have practiced each week on whiteboards in class.  This week they will write out the large numbers in words and in expanded notation.  Please see your teacher’s guide for directions.  Lesson Delta 11 will be on learning how to average numbers. The teacher’s guide gives a wonderful explanation with the blocks which helps the children see this concept.  This week I have assigned Miquon as a regular assignment, but please practice the problems at your discretion of quantity.  In class Thursday, there will be a test on Gamma lessons 21-24 and to Delta 8.
