Dear Parents,
This
week is the last week prior to Christmas break, so the class work is lighter
than usual. The students will learn
multiplying by 3 and skip counting by 6’s, and equivalent fractions. Fractions
are introduced this week in Gamma chapter 13. I highly recommend watching the video
segment of lesson 12 and 13 with the student so that they understand the
equivalent fraction explaination. I will review this when we come back after
Christmas. Please purchase
multiplication flashcards up to 12 to review with your student if you haven’t
already done so.
