Science 3 Week 20, February 27, 2006

We will continue to study biology by studying animals and then we will study insects, plants and trees. Students will have the opportunity to select a particular animal that they desire to gather facts and write a paragraph at the end of the unit about the defense mechanisms of the particular animal the student chose. Please continue to bring the science textbook and notebook to class.

· Finish reading Ch. 8 if not already done so.

· Read library book and answer questions for animal paragraph. Take the answers to the questions and write one paragraph in your own words.

Thursday, March 2, 2006-class

We have an extra long class so we will read our animal paragraphs and have show and tell with special animals.
