Math chants:

 I am a clock, I have 2 hands, my short hand tells the hour and the long hand tells the minutes. 

 

60 minutes in an hour

24 hours in a day

 

12 inches equals one foot

3 feet equals one yard

 

Please practice the above chants for the school’s performance in this order.

 Recite math chants 1 – 3 three times each.

¨       Contiue to learn  chant “count by fives”: 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, 55 etc.

Start flashcards with numbers or addition.

         Developmental Math 2 or 3 pages  (parents, please use your discretion)

   Complete one page in number writing tablet according to parent’s discretion.

       Play guess that time with practice clock sent home in back pack.

*        Complete next page in number writing tablet according to parent’s discretion.

Complete clock handout if you did not complete it in class.
