Enrichment Classes

Please use the following procedure for enrolling in Live Oak enrichment classes:

Step #1: View our complete list of enrichment classes in our   ENRICHMENT COURSES CATALOGUE.

Step #2: Check our ENRICHMENT SCHEDULE here.

Step #3: Families who wish to enroll in enrichment classes need to complete the ENRICHMENT APPLICATION.
(Those who wish to enroll in enrichment classes plus one or more core classes will use the regular Student Application. Please contact admissions@liveoakacademy.org or 408-355-4787.)

Step #4: If signing up for Enrichment classes only, fill out the
ENRICHMENT ENROLLMENT FORM.
NOTE: Click on tabs at bottom of Enrollment Form to access the Course Selection, Course Information and Medical Emergency Form.

Step #5: Please send the completed Enrichment Application and the completed Enrichment Enrollment Form (be sure to include the Course Selection and Medical Emergency pages) with enrollment fees to: Live Oak Academy, 4960 Almaden Expressway #254, San Jose, CA 95118.
