Students wishing to apply to Live Oak Academy must fill out the Student Application .
If you are interested in applying for a needs-based scholarship, please fill out the Family Scholarship Application.
If one or both parents are in full-time ministry, you may fill out the Ministry Discount Application .
In addition to our academic classes, we offer a wide variety of
Enrichment classes such as Art, Ensemble, Spelling Club and Speech
Club. Part Time students who wish to enroll in Choir or PE
must also fill out an Enrichment Enrollment form.
