About PDF Documents
Certain pages on this website are labeled as "PDF" documents. These documents are in a format created by Adobe Systems, Inc., called "Portable Document Format" (or "Acrobat"). This format is increasingly used on many websites, because it provides very accurate printing of documents. We use it for forms and other documents for which we want the best possible printed appearance.
In particular, our application forms are in PDF format.
Your computer may need to install a free reader in order to display and print our PDF files.
Some visitors have reported that their computers are not displaying PDF files correctly, displaying an error message or a blank page. If this happens, you may wish to try downloading the file to your computer's disk. (Most browsers have a "Download Linked File As" or "Save Target As" or "Save Link As" item in the right-button mouse menu for links.) The file on disk may open more readily than the link in the browser.
If your computer is refusing to displaying PDF documents at all, you may need to download a free PDF reader from Adobe. If you need further assistance or advice about PDF, please contact .
